Bellagio Custom Homes is putting the final touches on a new model home in the Wild Oaks Estate Village. This is one of several new model homes under construction and planned to open this year by builders in Grand Haven.
The Florenza II is a luxurious 3,490 square-foot residence with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, study/den and a three-car garage. The interior furnishing package may also be included for an additional $50,000, a substantial reduction off the retail value.
