Bellagio Custom Homes is putting the final touches on a new model home in the Wild Oaks Estate Village. This is one of several new model homes under construction and planned to open this year by builders in Grand Haven.

The Florenza II is a luxurious 3,490 square-foot residence with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, study/den and a three-car garage. Features include an energy-efficient heating and cooling system, impact-rated windows with low-E coating, solid core doors, KraftMade cabinetry, Koler plumbing fixtures, granite kitchen and bathroom countertops, and luxury outdoor living enhancements.  It is being constructed on one of the beautiful homesites in WilRendering of Florenza Home at Grand Havend Oaks. The large estate lot at 212 Willow Oak Way has a waterfront view on a lake with large oak treed backdrop.

“We are looking forward to having our newest model home open in Grand Haven this summer,” says Mike Sawdai, V.P. Sales for Bellagio and SeaGate Homes. “The Florenza II has an exceptional floor plan, classic Mediterranean architecture and all of the energy-efficient features that make a Bellagio Custom Home such an exceptional value.”

According to Sawdai, the model home will also feature exciting interior furnishings by Karen Mitchener and the award-winning team at Elements of Design in Ormond Beach. ” We wanted to demonstrate some of the finishes and design features that Bellagio Custom Homes offers and felt the model home was a good showcase.”

The latest appliance innovations and custom upgrades will be added throughout the house to demonstrate many of the most popular options available from Bellagio Custom Homes. A luxury outdoor living area will include a custom pool, Rendering of Bellagio Model Exterior Livingexpansive paver deck and open-air fire pit.

The Florenza II Model is listed at $759,000 including homesite, options and upgrades which reflects a pre-sale discount of $25,000. Bellagio is offering an opportunity for a 24-month builder lease back from certificate of occupancy. The interior furnishing package may also be included for an additional $50,000, a substantial reduction off the retail value.

“The Florenza II at Wild Oaks is really going to allow prospective buyers the chance to experience the innovative approach Bellagio brings to designing and building custom homes ,” says Sawdai. ” It will also demonstrate the tremendous value we can offer to custom home buyers at Grand Haven.

Arthur Rutenberg Homes set the standard for Florida Living with his classic home designs that evolved from the first one the legendary builder constructed in the mid 1950s. In the late 1970s the designs began to spread across the state under franchised building companies.

Rod Kimberly and William (Willy) Groff crossed paths about that time in Palm Coast. The two shared interests in home building and an interest in joining the Rutenberg franchisees. Today, as Oceanside Homes and Remodeling LLLP, they have built more than 300 homes with an estimated value of $350 million–many of which are in Grand Haven.

Rutenberg/Oceanside Homes team continues to be active in the preferred builder program here.

The company was recently featured in the Daytona Beach News Journal and we are pleased to share that story here on LiveGrand. Rod and Willy have a new model underway at Grand Haven. You can see a sampling of their beautiful homes on the Grand Haven website. Oceanside is offering special incentives on their collection at Grand Haven for a limited time. It’s a great opportunity to build your own legendary Rutenberg home in Palm Coast’s legendary community–Grand Haven.
